Design Notes

Had to consider optimal UAS - core promoter pair. Although the study showed cpRedden1 core promoter was increased by a greater factor, the strength of the cpTEF_6-I should be kept in consideration. The magnitude of the effect of protein amplification therefore depends on the promoter sequence used.
